In consideration of the acceptance of our entry and of our being permitted to take part in the Devonport Santa Parade, I / we agree to abide by the health & safety rules established by the Devonport Christmas Festival organisers, a written copy of which I / we have read on the Devonport Christmas Festival website or received via email from the Devonport Christmas Festival organisers.

All participants on our float will follow proper directions by you and your appointed marshals.

Under the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015, we indemnify the Organisers, together with other entrants or passengers, representatives and agents, from and against all losses, actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death of or injury to or damage to the property of myself, my driver(s), passenger(s) or any other persons arising out of or in connection with this entry or my taking part in this event.
